I'm utterly disappointed in myself. But why is it always me?

I don't understand everything. Even what a simple human should do when they face such situation. I've never felt this way before. Give me a break. I wanna off my freaking phone but i can't. Cos i know things will happen. I'm so afraid in doing anything silly now. I think i just lost Patrina.
